I created Tac back in 2002 and he is my oldest fan character. Over the years I revamped his look and his story. His latest version features him as the heir to Wayne Corp who is having trouble giving up his life of crime.

Tac eventually becomes Terry’s love interest much to the surprise of everyone in Terry’s life.
